Being in a one-man corp blows...but I got attached to the name and emblem and it's making it really hard to leave lol
Also, I bought Borderlands 2 for like $26 brand new a week after it came out and I'm only like 4-5 hours in. Don't know what it is. I loved the first one, but I just can't get into this one. Oh well

I think SF is okay. I only ever really enjoyed 3rd Strike and Alpha 3 though. Now, MvC3, that's an overrated game. I can appreciate the skill it takes to execute combos in that series, but it's essentially boiled down to "hit this guy one time and combo nonstop until he's dead" and that's not my cup-o-tea.

That reminds me, I finally watched the RedLetterMedia review of the prequels and omg my life has been changed. I'm not a big Star Wars fan to begin with and I never really cared about the prequels, or the originals for that matter, that much. At the very least though, I thought they were okay movies.
...but maaaaaaaaaaaaan, I watched the review and I think if I tried to watch the prequels now, I would karate chop a kitten in the face. Okay...I would go that far, but...just...maaaaaaaaaaaan. How did I not notice even half the stuff myself? |

Yep, listed as a fix in the Retribution patch.
However, I got 4 days, a plane ticket, and some general programming knowledge that say otherwise. Time to put CCP's security to the test. |

Just beat Sine Mora.
If you have $10 and a few hours to spare, I absolutely, positively recommend you pick it up. Great game. But omg, the story. "Wtf?" does not begin to describe it. If I had to rate it on a scale of 1-10 with 1 being easy to understand and 10 being confusing, it's about 36 on a good day... |

I started getting back into GW2. And I'm quickly remembering why I stopped playing in the first place. Really wish I never bought into the hype. It's probably one of the greatest con-jobs in the history of the genre. But enough of my rant. back to my original question ^^

Also, still sour about the whole bra thing. Still the only one affected as far as I know. More upsetting (or should I say baffling) is someone apparently sold an unskilled alt on the bazaar for 1.6bil solely because the portrait still had no bra. Smart move for the seller I suppose, but why would you even buy that if they're going to patch it out one day...? Well, assuming they'll patch it out that is.

I never really needed a get up and go. I enjoy a nice cup of coffee and everything, but I'm fine without anything really. Once I'm up and about, I'm all good.
I guess my problem is actually getting to that stage in the first place. I can sleep through just about anything...which, sadly, sometimes includes my alarm lol. I downloaded an alarm clock app on my phone that requires me to do math problems before I can disable the alarm, but apparently I've developed the habit of doing them in my sleep. Or rather, doing them in a semi-conscious state that's almost indistinguishable from sleep because I have no recollection of turning off my alarm. |

I still really love that game though. I felt like it was a great ending to Snake's story. The fanservice in that game was great too. I'm looking forward to MGS5, but honestly, I hope they do more with MGR and Raiden. Not sure how they could continue that series though unless they just make up some newer, more eviler force that they somehow didn't know about in the first game.

Not really revamps, but they touched up 2, 3, and Peace Walker for the HD Collection. They look better than their old versions, but they don't look like PS3 games. Also, the controls are the same as the old versions.
They also released the Legacy Collection, which is probably the one you want, because it contains the HD Collection liasted above as well as EVERY other Metal Gear game. The old 2D ones, MGS1, VR Missions, the trophy edition of 4, and two digital graphic novels.
Oddly enough, if you want the best edition of MGS1, Twin Snakes on the Gamecube is still the one to get. I think Nintendo owns part of that version or something which is why it isn't available on other platforms. |

I've been on a movie watching binge mostly consisting of the majority of the Studio Ghibli catalog. I saw Tales from the Earthsea and From Up on Poppy Hill for the first time. No one should ever watch Earthsea unless you want to be put to sleep, but everyone should watch Poppy Hill. Such a beautiful, sweet move.
I think I'm going to re-watch Spirited Away and Kiki's Delivery Service next because both were amazing and I haven't seen either of them in years.

I started playing Zone of the Enders HD Collection. Wow, that is definitely some "PS2-era Japanese game translated into english" voice acting right there lol. I'm only like 20-30 minutes into the first game, but iI'm having fun. I like going back and playing older games I missed out on. Not just because I missed out on them obviously, but it's always interesting to compare the past and present. Not just in graphics, but also in terms of certain design choices, storytelling, etc etc. I get all giddy just thinking about it lol |
